June 1, 2020 - KLOE IS OPEN and taking appointments! Please click on the booking link above to schedule. Please add yourself to the waitlist if you do not see a day that works for you. Scheduling will be very busy for June and July as clients have been waiting for 3 months to get an appointment!
There will be a respiratory screening form to fill out before each appointment via text/email. Please bring a mask or one will be provided for you at an addtn'l fee. Clients will be rescheduled with NO penalty if experiencing any symptoms including but not limited to the following:
If in the past 14 days, you or anyone in your household have had any of the following symptoms:
· Fever of 100.4 F (38.0 C)
· Headache
· Cough
· Shortness of breath
· Sore throat
· Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting
· Chills and repeated shaking with chills
· Myalgia's (muscle aches)
· Loss of smell, or change or loss of taste sensation
- If you have a pending COVID test because you had symptoms or exposure to someone with COVID or you have tested positive for COVID in the last 30 days.
- Had close contact with someone with known or possible COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
